It's better if you don't skin it if you have never skinned one before. They have thin skin and they ar every easy to cut holes in.

From what I read the most difficult part is getting the damned thing to lie flat in the tanning bed.

Freeze whole and let them do it. I got quoted a price of like $75 if I remember correctly.

i went with a whole body mount instead which was a big mistake bc I have nowhere to put it.
