Sound Bar/Supplemental Speaker for TV

The TV in my living room just isn't that loud. Does anyone have experience with an inexpensive sound bar or supplemental speaker?
I don't need anything fancy or expensive. Hell, I don't care THAT much about sound quality, long as it's not shite.
I've been browsing Amazon, but figured I'd ask her as well. Thanks for any advice.

I got a sound bar for my living room just to improve from crappy tv speakers and I've been happy with it.

A friend of mine has a Samsung sound bar and it kicks arse. I wanna get one.

I got the Somy Ht Ct260 for our loft space upstairs. It has the wireless sub and you can connect to the bar via Bluetooth. It's sounds good and loud.m

I have a Sony soundbar and sub. It's a big improvement, but I've had difficulty getting the dialogue volume loud enough for some movies.

I bought one at WalMart for 125 for my TV and I've been happy with it. Mine is a Sony for TVs 38" to 52"

I had the Sony htc 550 and upgraded to the pioneer sp-sb23. The pioneer from Andrew Jones is one of the best I've heard that is not over 500

Got a samsung soundbar and sub to go with my samsung tv and I'm very happy with it. Got it on Black Friday at a great price

My wife bought me that bar on Black Friday for Christmas. I really like it. Wireless subwoofer and Bluetooth capabilities. I can play music from my phone right on there. It's great.

Thanks for the suggestion guys. I'll probably get one with Bluetooth as well so I can play music from my phone/PC as well.
