It's a pretty major problem and needs to be fixed much sooner than later. I'm not spending another $100 + on a headset when I have a perfectly functioning one sitting on my desk that Sony is too godamn bullheaded to patch in support for. They can suck my dick.

Its not great, but its something. Someone also said you can use your iPhone earbuds w/ the mic. I haven't tried them yet, though.
