Tailgating might suck, but it's literally the best weather to watch a game in Baton Rouge. It's usually sunny and in the high 50's.

if staying downtown, Happys Irish Pub and Boudreaux and Thibodeaux's can be fun to hang out at. Somebody offers a gameday bus from downtown, so you can avoid the nightmarish parking situation. The Chimes is a great spot on gameday and has an incredile beer selection, but if in town for the weekend, consider Juban's and Monsur's on the Blvd for some excellent dinners on your other days.

Enjoy the game. Will not be the same as a night game, and Arky somehow gives us a tough game almost everytime, no matter how bad they suck.

On campus:Walk On's, The Chimes, The Varsity to watch the game (go early.. there will be a line)and Buffalo Wild Wings

If you're Downtown on 4th street check out the Roux House and Happy's Irish Pub, also have a drink at Tsunami on the roof top of the Shawe Center.

NOT FUNNY, just a display of your idiocy and having something against giving real advice to a stranger. Go back to your kennel and stay there until your timeout is over.

You sound upset.

Good advice!

Except Izzos. It's fine but there is no reason to come all the way from SoCal and go to a chain burrito shop.

I would take out Fred's too. Do you think a couple in their 30's would enjoy Fred's??

Well... I would. So nvm

I second the Gameday shuttle bus recommendation. You don't have to worry about parking, drinking too much and driving, plus the cab situation in Baton Rouge blows. Think it is $20 round trip. I think several hotels sell the passes at their front desk, so check with where you are staying.
