All I can tell you is the site says Bama and Fla State offered.
Does Fournette have a commitable offer from LSU?
The site says we offered?

I know you think you made a great point, but no, no you didn't.

If someone has an offer but it is not a "commitable" offer...
HE IS NOT OFFERED!

They are just offering the top players from across the country to gauge interest. LSU does not seem to do that as much.

well you can't blame the kids because coaches use the lingo.. but i feel the same way.. what use is an offer when you cant commit? it's useless

kid could develop and we need bodies on the o-line. Just 2 o-line commitments right now so we need about 3 more. He would have been a good development project. Redshirt him, put him in the weight room for a few years. Vandy is a fairly decent SEC team so that they offered says something about him. That he is at least NCAA material. WE can't be do picky on the o-line and end up with just 2-3 commitments. Has happened to often in the past and would be a disaster. The development of an o-lineman is hard to predict.

He is doing good. I dont see that happining. Rumor they going after Jack Del Rio. He might not even be kept on the staff at the end of the season. Great recruiter!!! Head Coach??????

I have worked in the South Lafourche area for years. Its a really unique place. Tons of pride from being "Down Da Bayou", and tons of pride in being from each little community on the Bayou. Really good people from the area. Honest, dependable, good, hardworking people.

I think some of them even still claim Bobby Hebert!

I think if the kid had a commitable offer, it would have committed to LSU right away and there would have been celebrations from Grand Isle to the Intercoastal bridge. That area loves LSU. I cant see anyone going down there and picking up a kid that we really want.

"Jr" is the interm coach till the end of the season. That is what I was referencing.

He won't be considered for the new job. Haden might give him an interview but that's it.
