Will anyone be partaking in a marathon tonight?

I usually watch:

Friday the 13th 1, 3, 4 and 6.

I am partial to 1,2, Manhattan, and of course, the GOAT, Freddy vs. Jason.

Are we talking the Platinum Dunes version? Because if not, there's no point in discussing the franchise.

The first 3 are solid. I also like 6 a lot for some reason.

I'll be watching Manhattan and Jason X if they're on tv. I mean Jason on a cruise ship is only surpassed by Jason on a spaceship.

I need to check if either of these are on tonight.

Part 4 may be the GOAT slasher film.

I love the Friday the 13th movies. My preference:

4, 6, 2, 1, Remake, 3, Freddy vs. Jason, 10 (X), 8, 7, 5, 9 (Jason Goes to Hell)

I like all of them and will watch any of they are on, with the possible exception of Jason Goes to Hell. Other wise, I even like the bad ones (8, X, 5) and could probably reorder this list at almost any time, with the exception of 4 and 6 being my favorite two and Jason Goes to Hell being my least favorite.

I should also add: If anyone here is a huge Friday the 13th fan, you should get the book, Crystal Lake Memories. It is basically a coffee table book and oral history of the series that has a ton of great images, history, and interviews with just about everyone involved in the series. Every film gets its own chapter; the remake is the only thing missing. It is great- Link:

There is evidently a documentary with the same name that came out today. I'm probably ordering that (LINK )
