Just finished the latest episode. I'm actually loving this show. Detroit is a perfect backdrop for this story. Mark Strong is a bad motherfricker. I'm really looking forward to the episode when nick (the Iraq vet) goes mental and just murders the shite out of some folks.

I watched the pilot. I'm not sure what the critics had to say specifically as I didn't read any reviews, though it sounds like they didn't like it. I didn't either - just came across as cheesy to me with tired cop cliches and one-liners.
Didn't watch past the pilot. My time to watch tv series is stretched relatively thin, so I'm not going to waste it on this.

the plot is moving fast enough and the performances are fine.I will watch throughout season 1 before I make a decision.

Does anybody think the theme song to this show just does not fit? I know it's a nit picky complaint, but after I see the little intro it just seems like it's going to be a light-hearted drama with comedic elements (kind of like justifed).
