I did not have a good exerperiance with executive mortgage. They tried to up my rate at the last minute. I went to Iberiabank and got a way better deal. For reference this was a few years ago and I and don't remember the specific person I worked with.

I think they cleaned house or most of the house about 3 years ago. I have done 3 different mortgages thru them and have always had great experiences.

My experience was over 3 years ago so that could explain why things went the way they did.
