NFL implementing new bag policy for stadiums

Dear Season Ticket Holder,

As you are likely aware, the National Football League recently instituted a new bag policy for all NFL stadiums. This policy prohibits bags of virtually any kind, with the exception of clear tote bags (no larger than 12?x6?x12?), one gallon clear plastic freezer bags or small “clutch” bags (no larger than 6.5?x 4.5?). Medically necessary bags will be checked at designated gates only (Gate A Ground Level, Gate D and Gate H on Plaza Level). Please note all bags are still subject to search prior to entering the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. Upon learning of the new NFL policy the New Orleans Saints and our partner, Chevron, placed a RUSH order for bags and we are pleased to announce we will be mailing each Season Ticket account a complimentary bag. Unfortunately, the bags will not arrive until prior to our first regular season game against Atlanta on Sunday, September 8th. We have, however, been able to purchase and have delivered 10,000 bags for Season Ticket Holders that are now available for pickup at our Training Facility (5800 Airline Drive, Metairie, LA 70003) while supplies last. There is no charge for the bag but we must limit each account to one (1) bag so that we can accommodate as many Season Ticket Holders as possible.

We appreciate your patience as we implement this new NFL policy and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Again, we will be mailing each account a complimentary clear bag prior to the beginning of the regular season, even if you pick up a bag at our Metairie office. Our office in Metairie is open from 8AM-6PM Monday-Friday and from 9AM-1PM on Saturday should you wish to pick up a bag.
