With the WR changes in NE I'd bet Ridley will become a feature guy with great numbers and more receptions this year.

I didn't say Vereen > Ridley, but assuming that Ridley is going to touch the ball 60 times a game is just as off base.

Ridley was more of a matchup play than the other second round backs last season. He feasted on weak run Ds, but he struggled and the Pats went away from him in favor of Woodhead/Vereen against the stout Ds they played:

37 yards and 0 TDs against the Ravens
34 yards and 0 TDs against the Seahawks
65 yards and 0 TDs against the Jets
97 yards and 1 TD in the second game against the Jets
23 yards and 0 TDs against the 49ers

I'm not taking a guy so matchup dependent that early. But that's just like, my humble opinion or something bro

I traded Ridley after one of those down games last season and he tore it up in the last quarter of the season to burn me. Just beware of Vereen slowly taking away touches from him in certain situations. BB hates RBs who fumble the ball.
