That's something no one has or will ever do with your intelligence.

To be fair, most people that are charged with repeat misdemeanor offences are suspended from their jobs for over 3 months.

/end sarcasm. Just in case it wasn't picked up on.

I don't know what your situation is but I hope you are not a college student who has been arrested. I have worked for four different employer
s and anyone of them would have fired anyone with two arrests within 12 months. Especially if meeting with probation officer had to be done during work hours, which it usually does.

Nowadays employers are obsessed with arrest records. Employment applications don't want to just know whether you were convicted or adjudicated, they want to know whether you have been arrested. I guarantee you that an arrest record almost automatically gets you thrown off the interview list. Even if that doesn't happen, if two applicants are even in most ways but one has an arrest record, that is the one that will not be hired. Fact of life!

Jeremy Hill had two arrests in 12 months?

He was arrested while in HS before the 2011 season, and again this past April.

Am I missing something?

Why is math so hard???

There is no cure for stupid and anyone thinking the thing we need to do is to send a guy in college getting an education and maybe moving on to a good career to prison for throwing a punch in a fight that harmed no one, well, thats about as stupid as it gets and that includes any judge who would do it.

That was my point way back when this thing happened. Make him a taxpayer not a ward of the govt. It will take some enforced discipline from the courts but jail time just about eliminates that. It doesn't matter if he is a football player or a business major...
