I'm heading to Navarre Beach tomorrow and looking for some decent places to eat. We go there every year and seem to always eat at the same places (sushi, local sammie shops). It would help if these places were vegan friendly. TIA

Drive to Fort Walton or Destin.

ETA: I haven't been down there in years, but Pandora's in Fort Walton used to be legit. Destin has Louisiana Lagniappe.

That's what I'm thinking. We ate at a cool hole in the wall thai restaurant last year I believe in Ft Walton. Seems like I'm gonna have to drive a little.

Navarre is a culinary wasteland, IMO. You need to drive back towards Pensacola or up towards Destin for anything note worthy.

Santa Rosa county finally legalized liquor in restaurants a few years ago and several dining places have opened on 98 since then. It's not the wasteland it once was.

Didn't Stinky's open a place in Navarre ?

Pegleg Pete's or Hemingway's in Pensacola Beach.

The seafood place across the street from Juana's on the corner used to be damn good. I went back there last year, however, and it was mediocre at best.

If you're looking for food, take the beach road to Pensacola Beach, and you'll have plenty of options. It's an easy 30 minute drive. There was a thread on here a week or two ago with lots of places in Pensacola Beach.

That was me and I'm glad I asked. Hemmingway's in Pensacola Beach was very good.
