Out of town so I'm having to fend for myself. Threw together a delicious salad and chicken salad on Texas toast.

The salad is just baby spinach. Strawberries, pecans and "sautéed Raman noodles". Just a little butter and Raman noodles in a skillet. Had some raspberry vinnigerette I put on it. I don't remember the brand.

The next is simple. Just the canned chicken (like canned tuna), mayo, Tony's and green onions. Put it on those frozen Texas toast slices.

It's one of my favorite quick meals out there and I figured I'd share with you food snobs. Nothing groundbreaking but its fricking delicious and for those looking for a meal under 10 minutes, y'all should try it.

My sister in law showed me that. It's a substitute for croutons and goes good with that kind of salad. You're supposed to brown it a little more but I let it sit too long and almost messed it up so I just used it like that.

Usually put broccoli in there too but I was kind of scroungin' obviously not a 5* meal but a good quick one.

I've never had Ramen noodles made per the package directions, but I use them in some salads. I don't brown them, though. I just put them in and they add a great crunch. Used them in cole slaw a few weeks ago.

I only like croutons for ranch based salads. They seem too much for the vinaigrette based. I think the noodles add a nice touch there.

Pink and green and red go very well together, OG. I think it's a lovely presentation.

It is and so is feta or goat cheese.

If I'm in a rush and have the stuff I'll do a can of tuna, half an avocado, and some Sriracha. Quick, healthy, tasty.
