How are the seeds paired for Omaha?
1,4,5, and 8 on one side, and 2,3,6,7 on the other side?

I also wasn't all that upset by the projections that had us at 6, since UVA was still in the 4-5 slot.
Would love to knock UNC out of the CWS. I hate their fans.

They really should reseed for the Super Regional. For example, the 1 and 2 national seeds should have played Kent State and Stony Brook last year. Yeah, both got lucky, but it wasn't right that the top 2 or 3 seeds draw a 1 while LSU and Oregon cheesed an easy draw (which they didn't do shite withi admit, but still).

Baseball is not profitable. The NCAA would rather not send teams across the country. I agree with you but it's not going to happen.

For those of you who say that this tournament means NOTHING, I disagree...
There's no way this team sleepwalks through this tourney and I wouldn't be surprised if they breeze through the brackets until we play vandy..
Just my humble opinion though...

I'm not sure if they care about that. Last year 2 ACC teams were national seeds (#3 and #6). Two of the three SEC national seeds were #1 and #8.
