Rice is no cupcake but with that said if we focus we should easily make it to Omaha.

It's baseball. Even with a record setting regular season, this team (and any other team) could drop a game unexpectedly and fall into the losers bracket. All depends on pitching match ups and getting timely hits.

As Skip used to say "This is not football, this is baseball." That's why the real World Series is best of seven.

No one has Rice hosting, not even anyone in the former great state of Texas. K St won the Big12 & they are on the bubble to host simply because no one in Texas will get a host spot.
