Still can't get passed the 36 interceptions and 12 fumbles in 32 games during that stretch. Insert another qb on those teams, Montana, Tarkenton, Fouts, Staubach, and I think they make the playoffs both years. All I am saying is he was talented enough to stand out on horrible teams but not talented enough to carry a stronger team. The weak link moves from everyone else to him.
