Ann Jones will be transferring from Memphis to LSU, she will sit out a year due to transfer rules and will have 2 years to play.
LINK
Ann is an underrated forward out of Tennessee in 2010. She has all the tools to be a successful post player. With a year of practice and development under Caldwell and the staff, she might be a special gem that could be an impact in 2014!!

Averaged 4.8 points and 2.9 rebounds per game. Add that to the 3 point average of the other transfer and cannot say one should be impressed with these transfers. We used to be a consistent final four team. These two will not get us back there. Cleo needs to start recruiting top players

Have we been without depth so long that people now don't want it?
When we went to Final 4's Crystal White and Khalilah Mitchell weren't coming off the bench and putting up double doubles.

HK53 please stop posting, she battled an injury during her sophomore year. She didn't get to play much. You obviously have no clue on evaluating talent. The other transfer is purely for depth. Caldwell is not going to waste a scholarship on a player if they don't bring anything to the table. Go back to the rant

Hey 357, I don't post on the Rant however averaging less than 4 points a game as a soph speaks volumes in itself.

While Tenn, TAMU and other competitors are recruiting top HS talent, Cleo is taking transfers that did not shine at their former school.

Kinda like the super JC player that was announced last year that never enrolled and went pro.

HK53 = Mistert alter
Don't post anymore, you don't contribute anything and you make ignorant statements about things you do not know!!
Btw, you do realize plaissance put up about 4 points as a sophomore, her junior year she avg. 17 a game. Pretty much lead the conference in scoring and was one of the best players in the country!
Ohh and who is CLEO? you are obviously familiar with the program

I don't understand all the bitching about Caldwell, she took a team with less depth and less talent further in her 2nd year. Which is pretty impressive, next year we add depth and a lot of talent. People just need to be patient, the roster has been unbalanced for years and we didn't recruit well in certain areas over the years. Ohhh and in other news, Caldwell will be taking the team to Spain in august to play exhibition games against some of the top teams in Europe.
