What B.S. If keeping the logo and not using it on other locations was part of the sale, he may have some case. However, if not, he can go f&%k off.

All it means is, they will negotiate to rewrite the contract and the the folks that own the rights to 'Camellia Grill' will get more $$$.

right but if the owner doesn't want to comply, then it goes the way of K&B. Not saying it happens, but it's possible.

Ehhh, I can't see that either party would have any real interest in completely dissolving the brand here. They'll work something out.

Just a moneygrab by one party, with a grab-back by the other. That's what you get for selling your business to shady fricks, though.
