Yeah how dare they enjoy their college experience like their peers! We need a group of volunteer rantards to police the players whereabouts!

You will also probably see an uptick in Copeland carries. He handled the ball 2-3 times a game last season. You may see that bump up to 8-10. We'll be fine. I expect Hill to miss at least the TCU game and probably the next. I have not seen tapes but if they are as bad as some people allude to you the suspension could go much longer.

From what I understand he was walking into the bar and the "victim" was drunk

As I understand it, the victim is a decorated marine who was trying to foil an attempted assault initiated by a gang of marauding na'er do wells while saving the life of an innocent kitten who was trapped on the railroad tracks. Then, along came Jeremy "I'm lookin' for a reasons to blow my scholarship" Hill, who, without cause or provocation, hit the marine in the back of the head with a beer bottle and beat him unconscious with his recently-used bong.

When the roster has Blue, Hilliard, and McGee on it, if Copeland gets anymore than 1-2 carries a game, that will be a serious misuse of talent. As Im sure our offensive coaches realize this too, dont count on Copeland getting many carries.

You can go to the bar at 18. This is the law.

Hill's bound to miss 4 games at a minimum.

There's a problem - he's on probation. Either he violated probation or he didn't.

IF he violated probation, he's going to miss the season, because he's probably going to be in jail.

If he didn't violate probation, they're going to have that worked out before the season and a simple battery won't keep him off the field.

It's either/or the way I see it right now. I've been wrong before, though.

They can just extend his probation if the simple battery charge even sticks. I seriously doubt he would do jail time.

He's not making it easy for them to do this by not helping get the other puncher for second degree battery.

Has the video been released? It reportedly shows Hill sucker punching the victim. If so:

So Lindsey Lohan can get arrested 50 times and continue going about her business, but Hill will be doing hard time eh?

Brazil should get a couple carries a game and if one of our backs go down I wouldn't be surprised to see Lamar Louis move to rb. That is if Louis isn't getting PT at linebacker. He was a good back in high school. Hope Hill makes it back he's fun to watch and our best back. Blue is good, but the majority of his stats are against lower tier teams or in the 2nd half of games. We'll be fine if the O-line plays solid.

If Hill doesn't return then I'll really wish the staff would have accepted Adam Taylor's commitment last year.

Cecil Collins still has eligibility.

Seriously though, i would guess than anything short of full exoneration will end Hill's LSU career. If it's just 4 games, i'd be very happy.

Deepest position on this team. Losing Hill for a portion of the season and possibly for good will hurt no doubt. Someone will step up no doubt about it.

I completely agree. There should be security guards stationed outside of their respective residences. They come to college to please the fans, not to have fun and fraternize with their fellow students.

The stupidity of the rant never ceases to deliver, nobody said they could not fraternize with their friends and enjoy the college experience but please refrain from punching people in the head. These guys need to realize especially JH that there is so much more on the line for them.
