I am definitely okay with the pick. Would have liked Jones, but Vaccarro is a good pick.

Zim more interested to see who else we get. If he is the best safety in the draft and replacing Harper..I'm ok with that. Was hoping for Jarvis though.

Hoping it isn't a Malcolm Jenkins situation, where we could have have clay Matthews

Well you never know hopefully he pans out. I am still pissed about not having a second round pick. Fricking Atlanta now has two first round picks.

Pretty sure the Saints were trying to trade down since they took about 8 minutes to make the pick.

Payton just said on livestream they did not try to trade down. Unreal they wanted a safety at 15. Wow.

Slightly disappointed. I thought there were at least a few guys who would be better.

It isn't a total whiff or anything though. Saints have used a lot of picks on DBs, I hope this time the scouts got it right.

My initial grade is a B-

They're definitely due. Just don't think they did. I hope he proves me wrong.

They do? Looks like the last 7 picks this round are GB, Hou, Den, NE, Stl, Dal, Bal.

Clearly the only other team who was really worried about a safety was SF and they traded up after we took KV. But there was no need to go as high as 15 for KV.

After an initial aneurysm, I am feeling better. I still think Jones will be a stud and we will regret this for years to come. But I think Kenny could be a good player for us. Just not as much as JJ.
