Ended up getting cut from work so I'm making grilled Havarti and Kilaree Cheddar on Sourdough with creamy tomato soup and a bottle of chocolate milk.

You're right about too much food. My SO and I would be unable to eat another bite after where the underline stops.

I love gingersnaps, the old fashioned ones by Nabisco are perfect dipped in milk. Homemade crispy ones are outstanding.
