Whats happens with tied delay game?

PHI/CIN Delayed in the 9th tied 0-0. What happens to fantasy players if that game can't finish? I can't be losing my boy Homer Bailey's stud performance

Can get bail eys stats since he was already pulled, but cant count chapman's stats because cant assume he will be pulled

They are supposed to finish it today, right?

Should get all the stats since it's in the same scoring period.

In my league you get any stats already accumulated. Any stats that are picked up upon resumption are credited to that day (if the player is in your lineup). I imagine this is the way most leagues work. You get credit for the stats on the day, not on the game. It avoids problems like changing a winning pitcher weeks later in the event of another pine tar game.
