Who here knows anything about a shouse?

basically a big shop with an apartmetment built on the inside of it.
wondering if anybody here could give a rough estimate of about how much it would be to build one.
overall dimensions would be 30x46. 18x30 for shop and 28x30 for living area.

I have been in a couple, 2 story building, apartment on 2nd floor rear of the building. The lower area under the apartment is used for shop storage. I have no idea on price...

I mean I know a few people that have built them, lived in them for a few years, then built a house out front. In the end they have awesome outdoor kitchens/mancaves.
As far as cost my dad built one similar maybe a little bigger for around 28-30K
