Bought some chicken strips a long time ago cause they were on sale, been in my freezer ever since. I want to get rid of them so I need some ideas on what to do. I want something you would typically eat while watching a sporting event (the championship game tonight).

Coat them in French's fried onions and bake. It's pretty hard to screw up and it's total bachelor sports food.

Sorry, I really wasn't trying to be an arse, I've just been combing over the grammar of a brief for the past hour, so it stuck out to me

The pictures no longer show up for me on Carson's thread, but they looked pretty good - and it was one of the more entertaining FDB threads I've read

Just did some for me GF. Chopped half an onion, half a green bell pepper, a jalapeño, and 2 garlic cloves and sautéed in olive oil and a splash of Strawberry Abita. Her Mom works for McCormick so I used one of the hundreds of season packets she has. Patted the strips dry and used garlic, herb and wine packet to season. Added to the veggies and cooked until done. Put into pita pockets with a dab of sour cream and shredded cheese.

Do some sort of stir fry with veggies and the chicken. Pretty much a one dish cooking process, so an easy clean up when done.

I like to make them with an asian slant to them. Marinate with a touch of 5-spice and chili garlic siracha. Bread them with a cornmeal flour mix and then dip in this:

One of my favorite things to eat in Thailand, especially Northern Thailand was their fried chicken. So good!
