not technically a lunch special, but AM Mart is the best value of all.

Shell station on Perkins between Bluebonnet & Siegen, near Oak Hills. I think you can get an overstuffed gyro sandwich with a big salad for around $6.

Ninos $12.00 lunch. Choice of several salads or soup and either eleven different pastas or a sandwich. Great deal.

Shoot, I work around there. I gotta hit that, thanks!
My old lunch standby used to be Whole Foods -- two slices of pizza for $5. Hit the free cheese and deli samples for an appetizer.

Stop at any grocery and get a rotisserie chicken for five/six bucks. Eat half at lunch, half for dinner.

This is an item you need to watch sodium level on.

I second this. Fresh pasta with mushrooms and gorgonzola cream sauce - so good.

A $6 poboy from Calandro's stuffed me for lunch and dinner. Adam Richman couldn't eat that thing in one sitting.

Country Kitchen on Perkins used to have some good specials, but haven't been over there for lunch in years.

Rotolo's has 4 good plates for $5.95 each.

Chimes has a lot of sandwiches plus fries for $6.95 each. That's for dinner too.
