Are they trying to setup a new NCIS series with the Red Team on NCIS: LA?

They sure have been promoting last week's & this week's episodes that are featuring the new Red Team. It seems like they are going to an awful lot of trouble to introduce this new team. I'm thinking they are planning another spin off.

I like the original better also, although I do watch LA some also.
I don't know how Red will work out. The cast chemistry didn't seem to work in the two LA episodes. But I guess it is hard to get a true feel for it in just two episodes with the LA cast thrown in.

Maybe they'll put Red on another Viacom station. I just don't see it being a strong cast. Harmon is a great fit, O'Donnell and LL are good fits. Red just doesn't have a star.
