Since I got "Ragged" last night for my attempt to do chargrilled oysters on the half shell, minus the shell. What's some other ways to cook those delicious little mollusks?

You idea last night would be great going Oysters Mosca. It is usually served family style, but individual type servings would work. Should be easy enough to find.

I would have definitely eaten that concoction of yours from last night.

Yea me too. I make something similar pretty often. I would add some green onions and bread crumbs to the mix. Also some crumbled bacon and a shot of sriraca or Louisiana hot sauce would jazz it up.

That sounds really good. I bet the addition of the bacon & green onion would have been slamming. Will try.
