Anyone know where I can find a commercial tamale machine. Mickey Brown's in Houma has one that produces and wraps the tamale. Where can I get one of these?

Yeah. I may get a redbone in the near future. All the machines online are too small. I need a commercial machine. Way bigger than anything I can find.

meh, hand-wrapped are the best. Even when I worked at the hated on here Copeland's and we had Crawfish tamales they were all hand made. It doesn't take long.
Plus Central American Tamales can't be done in the machine and they are superior IMO.

No doubt hand wrapped are the best but as for a deer processing application, I need a commercial machine

Best tamales I ever had were deer and come from some place around Jackson Mississippi...

It's not. I need something that produces more dozen/hour and also wraps them in a husk. I didn't think they made such an animal, but I know for a fact that Mickey Brown's in Houma has one.

Why don't you just ask him where he got his then?

Because that is a secret that he is going to take to the grave with him.
