Very easy. If it's like any other site, the damn IP address is right next to post. Then there's the whole admin view of someone's profile. The admin panel. You can see who has posted from a certain IP address. It's easy, bro.

do they have to actively search for ips that a certain poster has posted from, or would they all be readily available in the admin view of the user profile or something?

I imagine there is some kind of menu that shows a certain IP and the posters attached to it.
