I am playing in a new Dynasty League with everyone available for the initial draft. I am seeing several places where Calvin Johnson is the first overall pick. Others have Peterson. For those already in Dynasty Leagues, who should be the first overall pick?

If RG3's healthy, he's my pick.

I know, but since it is the first year, the Commissioner wants to hold the draft now. This league keep all players with only a Rookie draft annually. Trying to build a team early and trade as necessary. This is a Dynasty League with standard scoring

Seems really early to do a draft but it's never too early to talk fantasy football. I'd probably go Calvin. But you should convince your league to do an auction instead of draft. I think ap in a dynasty loses a lot value. His mileage is getting up there.

This is stupid to draft in March. So many things could change. I am sure at least one high pick gets hurt, traded, retire, etc. Tony Gonzalez, Wes Welker, etc.

By the way, the obvious answer is Aaron Rodgers.

You literally answer why RG3 shouldn't be picked 1st.
