Why not? You said a few weeks ago that it was on.

I was wrong. Not gonna happen. 3 day run on northerly island in Chicago looks like it is though. Like Bader Field last year.

Encore Park is such a great venue. Those 2010 shows were awesome.

Yeah, that 2010 run was beyond fun.

The next year was very odd. The rain storm was one of the strangest concerts I've ever been to.

They were not as good as 10 which were two of the best that year, a great 4th celebration. but the first day in 11 was really good. The rainstorm did put a damper on the next day but I was under the cover and thy played all their set close out songs second set. Not up to usual quality but interesting.

Also everything I am hearin from usually realiable people is two nights Lakewood and i was hearing likely oak mountain but i would guess it would be either or with oak mountain and MS

Lakewood is great for lot but the sound system is terrible. I had good pav seats last year but the sound still blew.

I was at Lakewood last year on the lawn and i didn't feel like the sound was bad. But then again that's only the second amphitheater i've been to so i don't have much to compare

Encore Park in nearby Alpharetta is superior in every single way except for capacity (which only band mgmt cares about)

MUCH better sound
Huge pit
Excellent sightlines
More bathrooms
More vending

They sure did play some ragers there in the late 90s tho. Lakewood will always have a special place in my heart.

I'm really amazed that people believe that's a good lineup.

What amazes you about that? Stevie Wonder is a legend, Tom Petty has been popular for years? And the undercard is actually really awesome.
