Bill Clinton, George W Bush, and Barack Obama all smoked weed and no one was wondering if he would be the next Cecil Collins

Even though the Honey Badger was a great player, Cecil was head & shoulders ahead of the Badger. I hope the Honey Badger get's his act together but they both contributed to our football team. I wish both luck!

Generation gap

Not true at all.

Those of the elder generation with opinions on drugs and alcohol are probably just the same people as those who expressed opinions about those using them in the 60's and 70's. And quite a few of us who didn't think it was the world's worst crime turned out to be OK.

Likewise, there are a decent number of younger kids these days who hold equally stringent views on those of the current generation. I know a fair amount of 20-somethings who describe everyone who ever partakes as a pothead and thinks they're a waste of space. Meanwhile they'll think nothing of getting totally trashed on beer and shots.

As for the original question by Placebeaux, #7 made some mistakes. But what he did isn't exactly any worse than what a substantial portion of current students, professors AND alumni for decades have done. Should he have thought things through more, absolutely. But let's give him the chance to show he did learn from his experience.

Personally I wish him all the best.

But to compare him to what Cecil did and assume he'll lead a similar life is just absurd. Almost enough to make me ask what are you smoking because I want some.

Don't think it was burglary. More weird like sneaking in and out of his neighbors apartment and spying on the wife. Wonder what he'll do when he gets out?

Anyone know if Dardar is out yet?

Cecil said that him and the wife had been frickin for months. The wife said he was lying. Husband caught Cecil sneaking in house.

Great post and I agree 100%.

Except there is no known form of marijuana that could make someone that delusional.

It would have to be booze, coke, meth, or bath salts.

Those drugs make people believe some seriously crazy shite, and do more of the same as a result of said beliefs. I mean watch an average young man after he downs ~10 drinks. He'll believe all kinds of shite and do things that his sober self could never imagine. I might have some first hand experience but it's a little fuzzy.

Weed smokers? Get crazy after smoking and believe in fantasies? Not so much.

I believe the proper form of the sentence would have been:

"Almost enough to make me ask what are you drinking or snorting, because I don't want some."
