Cochon is the larger restaurant, Butcher is a connected butche shop/restaurant/bar that dispenses the best sandwiches in the city.

I agree with that. I think it was just a case of "underwhelmed by entree" I really really think if we would have split the tasting menu we would have been much happier with it. Took longer to pick drinks than food. Service was really good.

Both in the same building ran by the same people. One is a sit down restaurant the other a simplified deli.
