Wifey came back from Sams with a 2 lb pack of pulled pork (with jack daniels sauce). I have no idea what to do with it. Way too much for sandwiches. Any other uses for it? Suggestions? Maybe freeze in smaller packs and use for beans?

Why would you cover up the flavor of pulled pork with chile spices and no longer be able to taste pulled pork? Kinda like you don't make chili to taste pulled pork and you don't make pulled pork to taste chili.

Calm down Flay......it was a suggestion of something "different" to do with standard pulled pork.

You can always make a great omelet with some of it.
Or use it as a pizza topping.
