Anyone have expierence buying out a lease mid-lease

Thinking about buying out my current lease and either reselling or keeping it and refinancing it with today's lower rates. Car has 2 years left on the lease and has a buyout at the end around 23,000.00. Thoughts.

You'll get hosed by the pre-payment penalty. List it on swapalease.com if you want to get out of it.
