Hell he's the second best player listed as a midfielder on this 25 man roster. It takes one bad play to screw the team, and that's what is at the forefront of a lot of people's minds.

ETA to clarify I'm taking into account National team experience when saying this

Our defense and midfield is good enough, unfortunately our forwards lack talent.

It should be a good hexagonal start for both teams.

In my opinion and experience, Mexico and USA should worry not about qualifying, ever. It's that third and a half spot that's up for grabs between the remaining 4 teams.

we upgraded to using WebEx now so we don't have to travel for meetings.

Agreed. But, I can say that majority of our team is extremely inconsistent, for what reason? I don't know. :(
