In essence I was a quasi ambassador for the organzation during the most high profile event in a decade for NOLA. I just didnt have time to watch the game on Saturday. Parties, business meetings, concerts, et al

Heady will be proud to know that Souljah was my very first thought when I saw that ad.

Was disappointed walking around the French Quarter on Sat night and not seeing the Hornets-Wolves game on at any bar. Also tried to start a Hornets chant before the Rebirth concert to no avail.

i hate this. i would imagine most games are on in New Orleans, at least i would hope. I live in Baton Rouge. The games ae never on at bars. I ask them to put it on, and half the time they say they can't because someone else requested some random game.

...seems ridiculous that you can't watch local games in the state a lot of the time. It wouldn't be an issue with LSU or Saints football. I understand the reasons for that, but still, it's irritating.

Most of the bars I go to (uptown, midcity) show Hornets games.

I never hang out in the French Quarter, but was also there two weeks ago for a concert. We were playing the Spurs and I wanted to catch the last quarter before the show. I went to 4 or 5 different places and couldn't find the game. Finally I just went into a strip club and asked them to put it on, which took a while but they eventually did.

This weekend I can give a slight pass to since it was Super Bowl weekend and there were plenty of SF/BMore peeps in da house.
