Finally Found some Old Potentate (SS) last night

Anyone tried it yet?
The HEB Beer Mgr was trying to hide it under a table...but I found it...hehe I totally found it...
Will be cracking one open on Friday...Interested to see what others think about it. I have had a hard time finding it and don't know anyone who has tasted it

I have a can of it that I found in Houston last week. Was going to drink it last night then I noticed that it was an Old Ale, so I passed on it. Will try it this week though.

most of the reviews I have read online suggest that it is not a typical Old Ale, but more like a revved up Brown Ale. I'll find out on Friday. got a 4 pack...I haven't had a bad beer from Southern Star yet
