Is anyone else having trouble with Xbox Live?

XBOX LIVE Service is currently unavailable.
Users may experience difficulties with the following services:
Signing in to Xbox LIVE
Affecting the following LIVE Platforms:
Games for Windows LIVE
Windows 8
Windows Phone
Xbox 360 Console
Xbox.com
Zune PC Client

I cant sign in.... and i'm still gold, and have troubleshot my internet connection in different methods....

Yea it's keep happening, I just kept trying to log in and it eventually works

All my passwords are still the same... how to detect? change passwords?
ETA: When I network configure, it connects to network, then internet, but not xbox live.

I got disconnected in the fourth quarter of a 17-0 online dynasty game of NCAA.
Took about 3-5 minutes to reconnect.

Been alright for me. Will disconnect after awhile from inactivity but that's it
