it's a little more than that, and we ordered a bunch of food too. not sure what the other guy got, but the sliders and the greek sampler were both great. beer and drinks were all good and reasonably priced.

if you and some friends have ever gone to a bowling alley to drink beer and bowl, this is pretty much the exact same concept, except so much nicer and a lot more fun. key is, you actually have to pay for it. my share of drinking/eating/golf for 3 hours was 60-70 bucks.

i'll spend that on a normal green fee and leave sober and hungry.

Well I've got to say with regards to N.O., I understand why this wouldn't work.

Not enough people would go. There just aren't enough people, period. Dallas and Houston have the peeps.

I'd also like to think this isn't something you'd want to do once a week. Seems kind of like a novelty 'outing'.

I'd try it.

Along with Louisiana being a terrible golf state. Even though its entertainment, there still needs to be a strong golf interest .

The place is great, but its like any other popular new attraction. Go at non peak times, or just expect to have a wait

I told my friends after we went that there's no city in Louisiana that could support a facility like that. To much overhead and not enough people willing to pay for a fun golf atmosphere like that.

Check it out next time you're in H town. Ill be there again within the next month.

i wonder if the NOLA Motorsports Park area might be a good location...

or better yet, the Northshore

I'll just go to St. Rose, get a big bucket and work on my swing....for $10. If I want to eat they have good burgers and cold beer; I would get in my practice and eat for around $20. I don't want all the over priced frills if I'm just going work on my swing.

That isn't the purpose of the place.

If you look at the name of the one in Houston right now it is TopGolf Houston West or something like that. That tells me there are plans for other locations in Houston. I have heard of The Woodlands rumor as well. It would only make sense to put one out there.
