I would ask him to explain himself. With evidence.
I would also talk to him about sensible rules proposals designed to increase safety without jeopardizing the integrity of the game. I think it's important to acknowledge that there is a problem with injuries and we need to be active in addressing it.
I think that BountyGate was Goodell's heavy handed and ultimately lazy attempt to do so.
