Anyone have experience burning 360 games?

Backups of course, I have ihas124b
Memorex media till I can afford verbs, they burn 100 with bunermax flashed,
Games install only to 41% then fail. Can only play them off DVD but ever so often game stops reading.
Any ideas? I used to be able to fully install them
