Cowherd voluntarily quit SportsNation, didn't want to move out to LA.

Russillo gives off a "too cool for school" vibe that I can't stand. Kind of hope Svp goes back to a solo act. He is the talent.

Sounds fine to me. I like him and Greenie on together.

I can't believe I like these two together, but I do.

I couldn't take them as a daily show, still, they're interesting together today.

Probably because with the exception of the two playoff games Sunday, yesterday and today were pretty much gossip story days in the sports world.

Armstrong/Oprah and Te'o dominating the news cycle.

He's mentioned a few times that he now owns a wine shop and I think he is just staying at ESPN until he is comfortable with the shop being his only source of income. I think once he is at that point he will let the espn contract expire and never be heard from again.

The Herd has a million + listeners. Doubt he is going anywhere

They could put anyone on at the same time and they are going to have a million + listeners.

I love SVP but SVP without Russillo is like Butch without Sundance.

This is a little off topic but one of my best friends, the Video Professor, did a spot on Sportsnation a few years ago. LINK

This. I would like to see what Patrick was getting in this same time slot.

I just listen to 1310 The Ticket here in Dallas. Much easier on the ears...except for Norm

He is consistently a douche. I started listening to sports radio at work, and the more I listen to some guys the more I realize I don't like them. Rian Riscillo (sp) is a great example. Used to like him alot, but it's really waned. Mike Detillia (sp) is another.

Mike Detillier is full of good info, but I get tired of listening to him talk. He repeats himself over and over and over....it takes him 2 minutes to say something that could be said in 20 seconds. I suspect it is the yat/New Orleans thing in him...but still.

Jim Rome used to fill that role for me. Since he isn't on in BR anymore, or if he is, I have no idea where to find him, I kinda quit listening.

Golic is unbearable which is why I don't listen to mike and mike. I listen to Cowherd for his trolls. SVP could live without RR but the show is better with him there IMO
