What is the latest news with this guy? I know he has academic complications, but is he still looking to come to LSU?

He has a couple courses he had to retake and hopefully will pass. IF...BIG IF...He and Leslie pass their classes this semester they will be here this summer.

I think it's safe to say we have moved on from Gardner and a possibility of passing on Leslie.

LSU can't wait forever on these guys. Let's just put it this way: we're not holding a scholarship for Gardner for sure, and there is a great chance we might be giving up the spot we had bookmarked for Leslie in the coming weeks. If they get qualified in the Spring and we happen to have a spot open, we'd take them.

Leslie only needs three classes but Gardner needed more(don't know exact number)! The class may get sealed together without either one. A lot of talk of Spears and maybe a different name may pop up.

If LSU were to land Leslie and Gardner they would have the sickest WR core in the SEC and maybe even the country. But I seriously doubt there is any chance we land Gardner because of grades but pray for a miracle...
Leslie and Gardner at the number ones WR and landry in the slot with a decent OC would be unstoppable! I would nut myself...
