I really wish I had a farm for my GSP to where he could just roam and not have to worry about him getting hit by a car or some person freaking out that he's not on a leash.

Great pics guys. I wish I had more time to train him...I tried to take him on his first duck hunt this past weekend but our hole didn't have any water!!!

dead falls may be beneath him..

Savannah and the pig got in a fight the other night. They were fighting over food that the baby was throwing down. She took a tusk to the armpit (puncture) then grabbed the pig on the snout and wouldnt let go. Made for an interesting dinner. Supprisingly there was no blood from the ordeal. Savannah was laid up for a day, but appears to be getting around better now...

Where's the place? Sherburne I am assuming.
I sometimes will go to the levee with my bike and his shock collar and run him around.

Wait, Why do you have a pig with tusks in the house?

Difficult to find them dudes.

I've never actually seen or interacted with one, but I love the way they look. And I know they're hunters.

Would definitely consider later.

Sherburne is limited to woodcock season only for dogs, corps land had access year round and Sandy Hallow WMA has nice quail looking cover where he can run through the end of Jan.

I don't have a pig, but my wife has had one for 13+ years. The tusk are small and have never been a problem till now...

Anyone know at what age I should expect him to stop peeing in his kennel at night? He is 6 months old now and I would think he would have tried to start holding it more.
