Get your class III ASAP. I'd take the thing apart first to see if anything has been altered internally. Then I'd find the nearest metal foundry, cement foundation being laid or the gulf and get rid of that felony waiting to happen

What would you do if you bought a AK/40 cal. from a girl at a bar and you went to shoot it the next morning and it was full auto?

Suddenly realize I was likely in a sting.

This would only be possible if the capabilities of the rifle were disclosed at the time of purchase.

I would sink it out in the Gulf. That thing is a big time felony. 10-15 year sentence. No amount of fun and badassedness is worth that.

Just askin a rhetorical question here, but...IF a ban on ALL semi's is enacted into law, will you sink your 10/22, AR, AK, etc., and all your shotgun semi's into the gulf? What's the difference in risk and/or jail time by keeping an outlawed auto or an outlawed semi? Don't answer here. Just something to think about.

If I had any banned weapons I would bury them somewhere safe and hope the next election cycle would overturn the law. If it ever got that far, I have a feeling lots of politicians that supported it would be voted out of office the next go around.

I would never give them up. They would stay buried forever before I have them to the government.

So, I went to the Post Office and asked for $200 worth of stamps for this here full auto...so I'm legit. I got it notarized at H.R. Block when I did my taxes yesterday...should be perfectly fine.
