It appears I have backed myself into a corner with my misspoken phrase in this thread.
What I was trying to say is that if one's mouth could experience an orgasm, it would be triggered by a chili cheese dog under the hot lamp in Saran Wrap on the way to Hooker Hole. I could not say with any certainty how an orgasm from a male feels in a mouth, as I have never been pegged in my years on Earth.
