Agreed, and it won't be as crowded as FQF

Theyll have two stages, one in the new town square and one in the street by shaw center. Been the past 3 years and it gets bigger and better each year.

True but, NOLA > BR, FQF free, and I have place to use in the FQ.

though thats all true - RR is way better than standing 9 miles away to see kermit ruffins play. and i believe this is free too.

Yeah didn't realize it was free. It's really just the logistics of getting to BR. FQF is just too easy for me and I never go to FQF to see Kermit.

How so? With the new stages downtown, Blues Fest is going to be nice. You'll also have reasonable access to restrooms and the stores in downtown Baton Rouge aren't nearly as prone to price gouging.

Bc its in the french quarter. Daytime in the FQ is lots of fun. Musically, RR is much better than anyone playing at FQF imo, but I don't believe a music fest in BR can match a music fest in FQ. Food, people, drinks, bars, events and atmosphere will be much better in NOLA
