Scanning tickets from phone??

is this possible. this seems like the week of fricked up ticket issues for me. I was taking my grandfather to the game and he is sick, ticket is in mandeville. The ticket is just print at home ticket master but since i bought them the way i did i cant get it reprinted. can they scan a cellphone or scan a printed photo of the tickets??
