My company just switched all my retirement accounts to Fidelity...

45 yrs old; $150k balance; 22 years to retirement; allocation recommendations? THANKS

Some sites say 100 minus age, others say 115 minus age. Personally, I go with 115, which in your situation would be 70% stocks and 30% fixed income.

I am somewhat optimistic, so with 22 years left, I would go 75-25, and look to reduce stocks to 70% around age 50.

Choose the lowest cost funds!

Depending on your risk tolerance 60 to 90% stocks

I'm with Fidelity as well through my employer.Just moved a good bit of my funds around yesterday. Only pulled a 9.2% return last year when some of my co workers hit 15 or 16%. I turn 50 years old Friday.

Check out their Spartan funds. They are low cost index funds.

You need to find out what funds you can get in to thru your company.

As of now, I would keep everything in bonds till we get thru the market correction for the next 6-8 months.
